Tangram’s Employee Giving Campaign Kicks Off Today — And Your Support Matters More Than Ever

At Tangram, our employees show up every day with heart, passion, and a shared belief in creating extraordinary lives for people with disabilities. Today, we’re excited to launch our 2025 Employee Giving Campaign—an opportunity for all of us to come together and strengthen the mission we live out daily.

The idea is simple: when each of us gives a little, together we create something powerful. Even $1 per paycheck—just $26 over the entire year—can help sustain the essential services our clients depend on.

But this year, the campaign carries a deeper meaning.

Why This Campaign Matters Now

Across our field, we’re facing growing funding and policy uncertainty. These shifts directly affect the stability of services for individuals who already navigate complex barriers. As support systems fluctuate, many of our clients risk losing access to the resources they rely on to stay safe, healthy, and connected to their communities.

This is where we have the chance to step in—not just as staff members, but as a united team that stands unwaveringly with the people we serve.

You can donate any time through December 31, 2025, and giving is easy:

Set it once and make a small contribution with each paycheck starting January 2, 2026. Just complete the payroll deduction form and you’re set for the year.
