> Tangram is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Indianapolis, Indiana, helping Hoosiers with intellectual and developmental disabilities build extraordinary lives since 1985. As an accredited partner of the United Way of Central Indiana, Tangram provides a comprehensive range of services including ABA therapy and autism diagnostics, community living, employment and vocational support, life coaching, behavior consulting, community exploration, business partnership training, and virtual activities. Tangram's mission is rooted in compassion, belonging, and the belief that every person deserves the support and autonomy to live a full, independent life. The organization also runs Equal Grounds, a social enterprise café that creates meaningful employment for people with disabilities.
